What does each plan include?
Starter costs $159 per month and includes 8 static posts and 4 carousels: 12 original posts, with no reels. Growth costs $229 per month and includes 12 static posts, 4 carousels and 4 illustrative AI reels: 20 original posts.
How are Stories and channels counted?
Starter includes 3 repurposed Stories per week and Growth includes 5. These do not reduce the total of original posts. Each carousel counts as one post; adapting the same original for Instagram and Facebook does not double the allowance. Carousels have up to 5 slides, including cover and closing slide. Growth reels run for 10–15 seconds.
How is content reviewed and published?
We agree on the calendar with you before producing the batch and review final pieces before scheduling. One consolidated monthly round of minor adjustments is included; our own errors do not count toward that round. Advance payment covers preparation and the first cycle, without a second charge upon approval. The contract defines the five-calendar-day review window and cycle start; content is not automatically scheduled without the corresponding operational authorization.
Do reels include UGC or editing my videos?
The 4 Growth reels are illustrative and AI-generated. UGC is not part of the active offering, and editing customer-recorded videos is not included. Plans also exclude paid advertising, community management, on-site sessions, branding and initial profile setup.
Is there a minimum commitment, and is the creative approach refreshed?
There is no minimum commitment by default: billing is monthly while the service is active. Both plans include a quarterly creative refresh that preserves your brand identity. Cancellation must be requested by email at least 15 calendar days in advance; shorter notice results in one final prepaid monthly cycle. Both plans include monthly reporting.
