What plans are available and how are they paid?
Starter $995: up to 5 users and 5 devices. Growth $1,495: up to 10 users and 10 devices, one device per user. One-time implementation: 30% upfront and 70% upon delivery. Additional devices and special requirements are quoted separately.
Are licenses and maintenance included?
The customer contracts directly with Microsoft or Google; their licenses are paid separately. After the included 30 days, you can purchase Care at $149/month for up to 5 users or Care Plus at $249/month for up to 10. These do not activate automatically.
How is the migration protected and reviewed?
Before migration, we prepare, verify and deliver a copy of the source in customer-provided storage, with an agreed rollback plan. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to report issues within the contracted scope; that period does not defer the balance due. Recurring backups and ongoing custody are not included.
How do we choose Google or Microsoft?
We review tools, files, devices, permissions and volume. Microsoft Edition uses SharePoint and OneDrive; Google Edition uses shared drives and Drive for desktop. Teams or other tools are included expressly. CAD and other special files require a compatibility pilot.
What are the Care conditions?
Monthly remote maintenance, prepaid with no minimum commitment. Includes users, permissions, adjustments and issues within the contracted environment. Cancellation by email 15 calendar days before the cycle ends; late notice results in one final month. Digital audits can identify presence and visibility needs. Cloud Workspace also requires its own assessment of users, files and permissions.
The proposal identifies the audit as included, purchased separately or not needed. We review existing reports before recommending a repeat; updates or expanded scope are quoted when needed. Implementation is contracted separately.
